There's no better boy replacement than a box set of DBZ. I'm pretty sure half of the dialogue is just an amalgamation of common male phrases put together, plus it has fighting.

I've been busy with this and that, right now I'm renovating my house. Or at least I'm in plans to renovate my house, we're still looking at contractors. I got these interior designers, there's two of them that work together and I don't think they talk to each other very well. I mostly communicate with one via email who I think doesn't convey my messages well because when we all get together we have conflicting ideas sometimes. But we seem to be progressing along anyways.
