Yupyup! Run into the right people and bam, you're set :]
Yeah -- guitar for me is mostly by ear and conversion of my knowledge from piano to guitar. It's interesting how at first... I couldn't understand how knowing how to play the piano would help in learning the guitar... but after some formal self-lessons it makes sense now. Playing by ear works extremely well for me on the guitar... probably because of the whole... "intimacy" with the instrument (by that I mean, unlike the piano where the hammers generate the notes for you... with a guitar, your hands are what create the notes).
Awh... do you happen to have skype or something? :> I can sing and play randomness if so XD
Mmm... I believe its a matter of getting your work/self known. Art in general is a realm thats hard to get a job in... most especially now that people are disregarding its value to society. ^_^ Keep doing what you're doing -- you'll be fine
I actually know how to play a couple instruments -- primarily piano and guitar, though I've only had formal training/lessons in piano (I don't do the whole impromptu stuff... I know more of the technical/composition/note-reading stuff)
If you meant "what kind of engineer are you in terms of job position/title?" -- XD I cannot disclose that information~~~<3 biggrin I can say that I am qualified for becoming a licensed Professional Engineer since I passed the FE exam~<3
