And that's probably a better way of handling stress because people always worry I'll work out to death or something dramatic like that.

As far as I can tell you are very skinny.
I don't do it to manage my weight, though being skinny is a plus. I like to because it helps with stress, it's just plain a hobby of mine and especially for my health.
