I cannot take much in the way of pills, due to the filler they use, and having no spleen to filter things properly. So, I have to look at things that are not in pill form, or are more naturally built? Brain is still off. @.X;; But I loooove the hops! Just keep it away from you during the day, or you will get sleepy xd

Yeah, you are like me. xd I am the exact same way, so I need to find things to help retain in my system and actually keep me hydrated, rather than peeing like a million times a day. lol
Yeah, hops used to make the farmers fall asleep, so they found out that it is a great sleep aid. I just stuff some dried hops, and some lemon peels, into a little breathable pillow, and stuff that under my sleeping pillow. No side effects, nothing to worry about! You get a longer sleep, and a better quality one too. biggrin

I understand that one. Have you tried things like Poweraide? (Can't remember spelling right now.) Sometimes it is hard to stay hydrated, and you need some extra things added to keep it in your system for longer.
I have been doing that for a very long time now. I am usually awake from 3-6am, no matter what time I go to bed. (Usually go to bed at 10-11pm) Then I usually fall asleep for another hour, or two, if lucky.. sweatdrop Insomnia sucks. Been trying to use hops, but it is hard to get sometimes, and keeps me in a sleepy state if I am too close to it. (Plant that is used in beer, is used to sleep naturally without side effects.)
