Cyclone Havoc AKA Shirongbi Otowashi
Who is Shirongbi Otowashi, (Astraea), many would say she is but a girl in a big world. But this would not be correct, for she is a wandering star. The only daughter of Astraeus, “Dawn of the Stars”. Shirongbi, is the star maiden, beholder of justice, innocence, and purity, she is the celestial virgin, the last of the immortals to live with the humans. For you see, each star you see in the expanse of the night has a partner, a lover, a soulmate, and that is how they shine. She is one of the last, who stays behind looking for her own soulmate who will give her, her light.
Shirongbi has been here since the golden era, both men and women fall easily for her smooth tan skin, the soft feather black/white hair that cascades down her slender back, and the soft crimson eyes that seem to entrance any person who were to meet them. But even so, she must find the one person who can make her fall for them just as easily.
Her only weapon is Astra, it perceives it’s self as a necklace that she wears around her neck, but this is no necklace but a supernatural weapon that has been presided to this specific deity. She is the only one who knows the incantations/invocations that invokes weapon to show it’s true forms a celestial bow and arrow as well as sword of pure white that can slice through anything. Though since Shirongbi isn’t a full star, her powers can falter and even become unstable and a danger to herself.
Astraea only hopes for, “Iam redit et virgo, redeunt Saturnia Regna”, (The Virgin and the Days of Old return).
