Yeah. I could see it. "This is the future if you pass that bill! Woooo~ And I am the Ghost of the Free Internet!" Or something like that. ...ok NOW their screwing with things. True. So long as you disclaim it and don't make any money off it, and the producers don't care, Copyright is basically a load of bull. Copyright is so people don't create a copy of your things, mix up a few details and sell it as their own. However, if you don't make a profit and credit the people who did make it, most people stop caring. Their are always a few butthurt people who say, "I don't like the way your parodying it! Stop it!" and, as the actual owner, people respect their wishes; thus where that comes from. However, when people who have NO say in any of these matters try to stop it, that's like a playground argument over what character you wanna play for your favorite show. Plus, really popular shows, like Godzilla, are common knowledge so if you just want it to pop up, then that doesn't infringe on copyright. Taking the storyline, yes, but not just having it show up and wreck things or something like that. Or that's the way I understand it anyways. yeah, i think she did but those DID get copywrited and taken down.
Ok, there for a second I was gonna ask what on Earth Al did to you.

If their doing that, there's no way that bill will pass then. People are just being stupid. They removed everything but the Japanese 2001 version. It's probably the bots. They take off things they shouldn't because the Youtube people can't give them exceptions for certain things. Like, Youtube is fine with Yu-Gi-Oh abridged, but the bots keep taking it off until the youtube programmers put in that that's an exception, which their too lazy to do. Yeah, or if it was closer to the time for the new movie to come out, which is what happened to Higurashi and Hetalia; a movie came out and because of the spark created by it, people wanted to rewatch the series so Youtube got rid of it. However, this isn't the reason for 009 being taken off. Yeah, she was the one who had them all in English and all in one video instead of two or three parts. She also had the last three episodes, they were in sub but they were really well done and now you can't find them cause she was the ONLY one who had them. Makes me wonder what happened.
