Laura is a 24 year old housewife to an amazing man and a stay-at-home mom to a sweet little girl!!
A pretty hippie/crunchy type of mama. Homebirthing, breastfeeding, baby led solids, babywearing, intactivist, co-sleeping, gentle discipline/peaceful parenting, no-cio, ERF, etc. type of life choices but has great respect for the diversity of parenting and knows that what is right and works for her personally isn't universally right and won't work for everyone.
She is an extrovert and enjoys going out and socializing with friends. She likes crafts, cooking, cleaning, organizing, taking long walks (or bike rides) on a nice day, dancing barefoot in rain, playing in the woods, and gazing at the stars. She is also a bit of a geek, partial to the horror, sci fi, and fantasy genres. She holds a great love for costumes and dressing up and enjoys attending and working at renaissance faires and anime conventions. She’s a casual gamer, comic book lover, bookworm, and dice roller among other things.
She is also a huge advocate and activist for several causes and speaks out on topics she is passionate about both online and off. Including but not limited to: Birth rights and options, lactivism, intactivism, women's rights, peace in and out of the home, all things cloth, babywearing, and cosleeping.
