that's okay, i understand. i'm normally pretty computer savvy but i have no idea why you wouldn't be able to access something simple like your Pictures folder. does it only say that when you try to open the file in your art program or can you just not access that PicturesSaved Pictures folder at all? sorry to get all IT on you, just trying to help because i imagine that's really frustrating.

i'd really appreciate if you'd consider still doing something for me once you get the situation cleared up! i'll cancel the trade for now but my offer still stands for whenever you can and feel like it smile
