The name is Carlos Oliveira, I am an ex Anti-Government Guerrilla operations soldier sent out to South America. After my forces were wiped out by the Government I was scouted out by Umbrella Corp. to join the U.B.C.S special ops unit. I had become a mercenary for Umbrella to take out any mission assigned to me. My specialty is Heavy Weaponry and Vehicle Operations. I use a M4A1 Carbine and SIG Pro SP2009. I am also Latin American and love to Joke around despite the fact I grew up and was raised around war.
When me and the other U.B.C.S mercenaries were sent into Raccoon City after the T-Virus outbreak many of my comrades have died quickly so it left me Lieutenant Mikael Viktor and Seargent Nikolai Ginovaeff. During the battle we met Ex-Stars Member Jill Valentine who had helped me escape Raccoon City without the other two. After Raccoon City me and Agent Valentine had split up as she went in search for her partner Chris Redfield and I went ahead to fulfill my own goals to put Umbrella Down once and for all
