Hahaha! It's expensive to foreigners since you can't get scholarships. And that aids test isn't cheap lol

Yeah you can. And some Private Universities have an Associates degree in Russian language and Area studies, which will help a lot if you want to concetrated on Soviet studies. It only takes two years to do, and you can do it along with your B.A. in History. Like I got my Russian Associates a year ago while still doing Physics lol
