Yea I hear ya. I usually don't tell anyone stuff that's wrong with me for similar reasons. Sympathy can be nauseating to me.
But if there is more about it you'd like to talk about you could dump it all on me if you want. I'd even let you get away with the word diarrhea excuse even though I already called you on it.
