Heh, it's a good way of finding new and old music you might like, but if you prefer following charts or whatever- that's your choice and loss. :p

Hmm, well I am fairly sure Last FM can work with iTunes, you should make an account maybe.

Hmm, I see, I usually just ask/mention artists or songs for the same purpose. :p Unless I am feeling lazy/non-talkative, in which case link to Last FM profile. XD Having said that, Last FM knows my taste better than I do most of the time, so it is more of an authority on the matter. biggrin

Hmm, core genres are simple though, everyone knows what you mean by rock or jazz. Even most sub-genres are easily identified.

Not at all, I just don't think we need over 9000 'types' of music, that over half of which are sub genres or sub sub genres or in fact total nonesense.
