I am well-rounded and level-headed. I'm smart, fun, and easy-going. I know what I want in life, and I'm confident I will get it. I have been through enough to respect those who have been through more, and to realize that I deserve better. The effects of my actions toward others are very important to me. I'm caring and understanding, and cannot stand it when someone is treated disrespectfully, no matter the reason. Everyone deserves respect, even enemies.I am majoring in Education. I want to make a difference in the lives of children; after all, they are our most important natural resource. I hope to be the teacher they all remember for helping them succeed. Grammar is important to me, and I believe it should be much more important in schools. Its misuse is highly unattractive. I also believe everyone should be better readers and writers. Math and Science is important, but you cannot study either without good reading and writing skills.
My family comes before most things, but my closest friends and my future husband are just as important to me. No one can compare the family that I chose to the family I was given, I am lucky for all of them. I'm not religious, but I have strong beliefs. I'm not very political, but I stand by what I believe is best for our country. I have high morals, and expect the people that I choose to keep in my life to live up to them as well. I also have many dreams that I enjoy watching come to life as I grow. :]
