I like Oldies music. Well, basically, I like all music.

Vintage fashion intrigues me.

I like to sing - anywhere, anytime.

I find that taking long walks in the woods is extremely relaxing.

I play tennis and I love it.

I'm obsessed with the Youtube comedy group Balloon Shop.

I'm in Mountain View. That's in the Silicon Valley, or what we euphemistically call the "South Bay." Mountain View is basically a city in the peninsula of San Fransisco, near Palo Alto. If that's ringing any bells, I'll be rather surprised.

Really? That's wonderful. I still might pick your brain sometimes because both of those languages will help me decipher Yiddish. Well, California's Richmond is different from Virginia's Richmond, but I'm glad I'm not in either city now.

Polish is an interesting language. As a Yiddishist, I rely rather heavily on Polish texts for grammar and phonology, since Poland used to be somewhat a cultural center for Ashkenazi Jewry. As for me. . . well, I've been settling down in a new semi-permanent home outside of Richmond. Sooner I leave, though, the better. The weather does not suite me. It just beats homelessness.
