Sorry to take so long to get back to you, we just moved to a new state and we don't have 'net access yet. So I totally feel you about time constraints. This is our Newsletter and you can paroose the guild at your leisure without joining. There's a lot going on. Or was. I don't know now as I just did a hurried post to let people know that I'm still away from the keyboard... yikes.

I'm sorry to hear that things aren't going well. I have to say that the guild is also great for support I know almost everyone there personally. And if there's ever anything I can do, let me know. Even if you just need an ear.

Yes! I love Betty. I saw an interview with her some years back where she would talk, but not be shown on camera because she "want[ed] everyone to remember her beautiful". That's just stylish. Plus she brought awareness to budding underground cultures by making them more mainstream, such as the BDSM and girl/girl poses. The awareness has brought curiosity, and while not specifically acceptance, she really was one of a kind.

I hope by the time I get back, things are going so much better for you dear. Take care.

I'm sorry to hear that you stopped drawing. I asked because I'm co-mod of an active artist guild, and we're always looking for new and interesting members. We're not the traditional guild in that yes, we do offer a gallery area for your work, but we're extremely comprehensive. We cover all forms of art, from drawn to painted to crafted items to culinary, written works and beyond. But we go beyond that too in that we offer support for our fellow artists (regardless of medium they choose). Not just with feedback, but with forums that give help with techniques, guides to various things, and more. It helps people who want to branch out into new areas or develop their techniques.

If you're still into art of any form, you might want to check our Newsletter out because to be perfectly honest, we could use someone into Betty Page. She was a classy lady in all respects. And if you like her or Vargas or other such things, you're one who thinks outside the box, which we absosmurfly love. My fiancee loves your picture of Spike and Julia too. (I showed him your profile.) And I love your sig also. Both the image and the tag about being Jewish and hating money. We're moving out of an area that's still so backward in it's thinking collectively that the Jewish area of the city is classified by such outdated ideas...

I hope that even if you decide not to pick up drawing again, you'll consider my offer.
