My name is Christine, I recently graduated college with honors regarding addictions community service. I plan to open my own Boys and Girls Club to help youth at risk like myself!
My Story:
I was abused Mentally, Physically and Verbally. As well as one count of molestation that was never given the justice it deserved.
I was used as just another amount of income, I was forced to end my dream job to work for Wal-Mart. (My mom worked there)
No one believed me so nothing happened and because I'm such a bubbly person and have ADHD people that I confided in didn't believe the stories I told them.
Teachers would make sure Id go straight home because they thought I'd runaway again (I did when I was 14, then 16). Child and Family Services was called in but they did NOTHING. They also believed when my parents said I was depressed and wanted to kill myself (yeah I did cut myself once or twice and all they had were just scars from months before). So for 2 more years I was abused yet again AND forced to go into counseling which was hilarious! Because then I realized that I wanted to help kids like me AND I had someone telling me that I wasn't crazy and that my parents needed to be detained!
So then after trying to commit suicide THATS when CFS was like OK there is something wrong :/
I was then put in a shelter for 3 days until I had a friend who wasn't scared of my parents coming and finding me to let me stay with her.
Then I was apprehended legally by the government and have been on my own since.
I never gave up, never dropped out of High school and I went straight to College.
BEcause I was a foster child I made sure that I did NOTHING to have anybody think i deserved to be back at home so I never touched drugs, was violent nor did I drink.
So basically Gaia was my escape growing up and now again its my release!
(My other account got hacked by my biological sister that I thought I could trust. I've been on for longer than 4 years lol)
