Exactly what the title suggests, everyone else has one so why can't I! Parents often tell us to write our feelings down... this is so they can read them and find out stuff you'd rather they didn't know.

That's all we can really do... it is nice to talk to someone about it though. Everyone seems to think my job is easy as I sit at a desk all day but it is not.
