I live in the US of A, and I love freedom, but you know what? That's a lie. But I look for people who are "outside the box and have set it on fire", in other words people who are smart, talented, skillful, and most importantly, great people that have hearts of crystal radiance. One thing I've learned is that not everyone's an stereotypical dumbass, and that everyone is unpredictable.
