I have to say something now? >.> I don't like talking about myself very much. Say something, and I'll respond. If what you've said is similar to something I've experienced, then I'll say so. That and direct questions are the best way to get to know me, if you want to.
I suppose I need to give you something... >.>
I'm mother to my daughters and 3 cats. I love dark purples. I'm openly poly. I love a good rare, flame cooked steak. Steak and a BJ Day is one of my favourite holidays. I'm Canadian. I'm no where near a size 0. I like pop and chips and things that are bad for you. I role play. I play World of Warcraft. I like NerdCore. I love to read. I try my hand at writing once in a while. I play video games. I love shiny new tech toys. I'm a computer and network administrator.
Yes, you have read right. I'm more Geek than Female. I don't like dresses (though I'll be wearing one July 21st for a special event for a special friend). I like to take pictures, though I take them for me, or those I love, and not for what others think is pretty or balanced or anything else.
I'm 33. I can't think of anything else. If you want to know anything else about me, just ask. I don't bite unless you like it.
Heya Duckie! Long time no hear from. Not surprising given the circumstances, tho. I've been on a rockier road than normal (mentally), but I seem to be coming out of the tunnel. The psychiatrist adjusted my medications 2 days ago, and once the adjustment period is over, I hope I'm back to being healthier. So far I think I will be. I've also been having cluster migraines which don't help the situation. I miss chatting with you I have to admit. My world is very small and the absence of 1 person has a big impact. At any rate, I seem to be on the mend and hope to be more active socially.
I have a great huge jar of Benedryl I'd be happy to share, but for the distance. Pets are great and if it makes you happy, then be happy. Just vacuum the couch before you sleep on it again! Or do what we do and cover the sofa with a sheet. That way when company comes over we can take off the sheet and they won't leave with dog hair stuck to every inch of them.
I know cats are cute and wonderful (I've had several), but why would you keep an animal you're allergic to? We have a neighbor with 2 cats and she bathes them almost daily to keep her allergies at bay. I just don't get that.
