I also enjoy Silent Protagonists in video games, since their opinions are basically yours xd honestly I probably prefer Mass Effect/Dragon Age type of games, where they DO speak but pretty much every time you've been given six or so options for what they'll say xd I have to say, in One Piece there's a pirate named Captain Kuro and he was responsible for me introducing an original character to one of my stories - one which was implied to exist in one of the games but which was never shown throughout it. The character in question is really nothing like Kuro in terms of personality (save their love of bloodshed), but was more inspired from the way he dresses. It's sort of hard to explain, but I hope you understand sweatdrop and yeah, I have a lot planned out. I had a REALLY good idea for one of the stories last night, but I can't implement it crying - because doing so would screw over key points in two of the OTHER novels, so I have to toss that idea away...
OH, and concerning my Dragonball Z thing, I forgot to mention that in my Universe is ******** Over story the Z Warriors (Goku and pals) start out the same as canonical, but quickly their ranks are completely changed 3nodding

Oh, I'm always up late. I'm an owl 3nodding Back when I was going to TAFE (I got up at 6am Monday-Thursday), I usually went to bed at 10pm latest - usually 11 or even 12 O_o
Ahem. I was having a good day, like I was saying, but a slow one as well. I'm still sort of waiting for that SNAP - SIGNAL when I start turning blank paper into manuscript pages, but I did a lot of writing the other day - mainly dialogue, but through it I uncovered a massive and surprising plot twist that I could use that wasn't explored AT ALL throughout one of the games. I'm a bit like the Zelda Manga - I draw from the original material, but I deviate where necessary in order to maintain interest and provide deep character. I guess I'm sort of inspired by the Dragon Age School of Thinking - despite the Good VS Evil conflict symbolic of all Zelda games, I've taken it upon myself to muddy the waters slightly. Link is still the goodie, but so far as the people he allies with and fights against it's a little less clear who has the right to be 'on the good side and on the evil side'. What I'm trying to say is, I guess, that Ganondorf isn't just an evil p***k and Zelda isn't just a Disney Princess 3nodding

I told you previously that Zelda was the series that got me into writing and that's mostly true, but actually Dragonball Z also played a big part in it. I always loved those battles so much (I even had the action figures when I was really little) and I always wanted to make up my own xd I'd always make up What-If Scenarios in my head, scenarios which ran wild when I happened to get my hands on a fighting game called Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 xd I absolutely loved being able to make up ANY STORY I WANTED xd if only it'd had a Campaign Creator...but oh well xd I TOTALLY MADE UP A COMPLETELY UNIQUE WHAT-IF SCENARIO FOR DBZ (sort of like The History of Trunks, if you know the Special), only instead of just being the Earth it entailed fighters across the universe and how the actions of one creature forced billions to die and billions more to live a life of misery and despair xd I TOTALLY WROTE NOTES ABOUT IT AND I EVEN SORT OF WANT TO WRITE A COMPLETE STORY ABOUT IT, but it'll have to wait until Zelda's done at least 3nodding
I got this dress by lying on one xd my Aqua Dress was too damn expensive on the Market so I just went and lied on one and used the funds to get it biggrin

Ah, some of the Homunculi are different - like, you know how King Bradley was Pride in FMA? Well, now he's Wrath - and Sloth (who was the mother of the Elric brothers) is now completely different (looking like a cross between The Hulk and Gluttony in her own opinion). As for Pride...well, I'll let you work that one out xd Envy, Lust and Gluttony are all the same, and as for Greed he starts off the same, but...again, I'll let you work it out biggrin
Ah... *she said 200+ pages, not 200,000 words* I'm not entirely sure about myself to be honest - my best guess is that I'd have to present them to Shigeru Miaymoto and hope that he enjoys them! xd I've personally taken the liberty to slip lesbian characters into the novelization - or at least, I've made certain characters be slightly ambiguous sexually - even if it's only a single sentence that implies it xd of the five I've only done considerable work on two of them so far, but I've taken a LOT of notes on the third and I've begun to do the same for a fourth. The fifth is slowly coming along, but...I'm not quite inspired for it yet! gonk
