A Goal of Mine on Gaia...
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY ALL YOU GUYS BACK!?
ESPECIALLY YOU ANONYMOUS ONES!!
Let's see... It's been a long, LONG while since I last updated this...
I like hanging out on Gaia mostly because it gives me mindless, not-so-stressful things to do when I'm not working. It's also neat to meet friendly Gaians who just want to hang out--Kinda like how most anime fans can easily get along at conventions.
People have described me as stand-offish because I keep to myself a lot, especially since I come to Gaia to chill out instead of using it as my only place to do stuff when I'm online. I sometimes feel bad about it, but friends are friends to me and I still like company every so often. In other words, I'm more likely to make friends with people I've met than with people who only want my stuff (or have some other strange excuse to add me).
I usually quest for whatever is on my wishlist. Nowadays I'm trying to accumulate enough gold and items to commission artists.
When I'm not on Gaia or doing my homework, I voice act for online productions (unless I'm called for a professional recording session), work on personal productions (adaptations of my favorite comics, gifts for my friends, and monologues), play video games, read manga, and watch random programs.
In regards to voice acting, I've been actively voice acting for 4-5 years in animations, games, and other forms of new media. I have voiced in several professional productions (like animated television shows, games, and other sponsored media) and am currently auditioning for more. My most well-known roles at the moment are Ms. Fortune in Skullgirls, Fidget in Dust: An Elysian Tail, Chi-Chi in season 2 of Team Four Star's DBZ Abridged, Amanda in season 2 of Sanity Not Included, sponsored by Machinima.com, Rarity in Mane6: Fighting is Magic, and Nanako in the Hiimdaisy Persona 4 Comic Dubs by Sapphire.
In my Gaia Online "Gun Show" Adaptation, which I cast, directed, and produced in 2009, I voiced for Rosalie Von Helson/Gambino. You can check my current site for more details on other roles I've voiced for in other projects.
I've taken 3 speech classes, 7 acting classes, and 6+ voiceover classes. I might be off, but the point is, I take a lot of classes to make up for how "new" I am in the industry.
I'm currently teaching myself to use Photoshop CS2, Adobe Audition 3, and Sony Vegas 8.
