Happy Birthday! (I'm usually late for everything anyways, sorry I am for this. Hope it was happy) Haven't logged into Gaia for ages. Hubby is re joining the military and it has been an extremely LONG year. Got the book published and it is available from lulu dot com. Title is "A Light for Dark Places" Thanks for letting me use your quote. You can search title or Author "Donna Millar". It is also available from Amazon. It was a long time coming as well. Happy Holidays!

Mm hm, just like a see-saw! or even a balance. Chance is definitely necessary, I think. Just to keep things going, you know? And I would love to add you as a friend ^-^ hehe, it's 11 pm here razz

:O oh my goodness, I have found someone with the same way of thinking! Or, rather, you found me razz

I see, so an improved word smile Hmm, my way of thinking is grasping your way of thinking XD But wait, if our world is improved in certain points (such as less third world countries) then, in order to keep a balance, would this mean that naturally, one of our better points will weaken? This is how I sort of see things, though I don't try to be pessimistic razz

Very true. However, I believe in a balanced world, so I think that even when something is improved, something else will be lesser than good. And I think the world is perfect (if such a term exists) the way it is: balanced. smile

i know, but if you put yourself in position to change the world, would you really be able to? (not you as in you specifically razz )

A human being is part of the whole called by us 'Universe', a part limited in time and space.
We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest...
This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.
Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole
of nature in its beauty...
We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if mankind is to survive. -Albert Einstein

Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one. -A.E

if we fight evil.. with evil.. then only evil wins...
