FOREVER! LOL. I went in for an NST (which is a nonstress test where they monitor the baby's heartbeat and your contractions) at 1 pm and they kept me because I was finally 3 cm and seemed to be progressing. But I didn't have her until 8:56 am on the 6th... so lets say about a day.
