I'm sorry sweetie. I just realized you replied to my first message!
I've always went back and forth with eating right. I'd say "I'll start Monday" and then end on Wednesday lol.
The best thing for me was taking Health Class in college. I took it spring semester this year. Education is a great help. I always heard that certain food was "bad" but I never knew WHY.
I stopped trying to look for short cuts and get slim quick methods and just began following the old tactic: Eat right and exercise. I've been doing it for about a year, and it hasn't let me down. Sorry about the long reply. lol.
So tell me what Naturally Slim is and how it's helped you? ^^
