This is true. We are planning on moving to a house within two year though. Then we can get a kitty. Im sorry to hear about your cat.

Good luck, a lot of places are switching to a "no-pet" policy sad
My kitty passed away in '08. I thought about adopting another one,
but then I'd pretty much have nowhere to live >.< cuz of that stupid policy.
