This creature, known as the Basaran, Is untreivable. Even with the hard facts and evidence we have, it seems to act as if it was a shadow, never missing a slingle action and perfecting every move.
We have no idea who hires this assassin, or if it has its own business with clients. Its weapon education and skill is imense, few agents have lived to see it use a weapon, but those who have, have reported The basaran to reload a weapon in under a second and never miss a shot. Out of all the cartiges and bullets left around the crimes scenes, only 3 (out of over 2500) have missed, the rest have hit either a vital organ or went straight into the skull of the targets.
Hand to hand Combat of the Basaran is even more deadly. It seems to specialize in damaging important limbs. In an incident where the Basaran attacked a dutch arms dealer, it managed to disable the Dutch of both his arms and his neck, and it was gone before any of the guards could even lift theirs guns.
The basaran is highly intelligent, using the current scenes and evidence, scientists have shown that the Basarans IQ is far over the 300 mark. It also shows that the Basaran uses more than 8 times of its brian than humans do. Its intelligence, speed, strength and skill make this one of the most deadly creatures of today.
We have counted the kills made by the basaran, which list into the thousands, each one down differently and individually. What really amazes us is how the Basaran is so close to having a robotic brain, it is set out to kill its target, anyone who gets in its way seem to either be knocked out or pushed to the side. Even when stick in tight corners, the basaran will refraim from killing anyone other than its apparent target.
Further investigation in taking place, and This Creature will be neutralized.
