Hello, world. My name is Veronica. There's not really much to tell about me. I'm a girl with a laptop, and four of the best friends I could ever ask for. I'm 22 years old and going to be 23 in March 2013 [so old -__-;;]. I'm a shy person and I don't really like to talk much. It doesn't mean I don't like you it's just I don't have anything to say. I get embarrassed easily but I’m trying really hard to break out of that habit. I believe in animal rights, but I'm an omnivore. I strongly believe in gay rights, but I'm heterosexual. I believe in ghosts and the paranormal, but not aliens. That's just silly in my opinion. I love zombies. I think they're awesome sauce. I believe with hard work you can achieve anything, even if I don't follow that rule myself. Don't like my beliefs? Tough cookies. That's me.

I guess you can say I'm a dorky kid who likes everything. My taste in music is way out there. I love anything from rock to pop to country to hip hop and the list goes on. If it sounds good, then it's on my iPod. If I were to tell you what my favorite band or music artist is, I probably couldn't give you a straight answer. I've got A LOT of favorite music for nearly every genre and mood.

I'm a casual gamer/otaku/RP nerd. My current top ten favorite anime's/manga's would probably have to be Ao No Exorcist, Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) I & II, Bleach, Baccano!, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Eureka Seven, Gurren Lagann, Axis Powers: Hetalia, and Oraun High School Host Club (in no particular order). They're all equally awesome. And before you ask, I prefer ninjas over pirates. I like all kinds of video and computer games, but my favorites are action/adventure and fighting games. I wish I could play more but my wallet tells me I can't. As for RPing, I've been doing it for quite a while and am very addicted to it. I have always loved to write and this is the perfect way to get those creative thoughts out.

I watch lots of TV, and when I do it's usually BBC's Sherlock, Family Guy, Spongebob Squarepants, A Haunting, America's Next Top Model, Robot Chicken, Food Network, Travel Channel, or Ghost Adventures. I mostly watch things on YouTube or RoosterTeeth. Movies are a must for me. It's one of my favorite things to do with my friends, but going to the movies more than once in the same week really bores me (not to mention super expensive). Some of my favorite movies are The Sorcerer's Apprentice, The Twilight Saga, The Hunger Games, Zombieland, Paranormal Activity, and Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. I like to read too, but rarely do I do it because I'm picky with books. I mostly read Romance, Action/Adventure, or Manga. However, my favorite series of books is The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel. I am completely in love with it and my favorite characters so far (in order from greatest to least) is Nicholas, Saint-Germain, Scathach, and Sophie. I like everyone else in the book, just not as much as those four. I read comics, too, but not very many. My favorite comic series is Runaways. I really love it and love love love love love Chase and Gert. They're the best.

Another thing I really enjoy doing more than anything is Cosplaying. It's so amazing to be your favorite character for a day and no one looks at you funny. This up coming summer will be my fifth year as a Cosplayer (& going to Anime Expo) and I am very excited for it. My first year with my friends was kind of a test run. It was fun but if we knew what we were doing it would have been even better. I went as Izumi from Fullmetal Alchemist. The second year was by far way better than the first. We all had better costumes and were more prepared. We stayed for four days down in LA and had a blast and even got to meet Vic Mignogna! <3 That year I was Jiraiya from Naruto. I just love that Pervy Sage. The third year I went as Jiraiya and also Yoruichi from Bleach. It was great! Met some adorable little kids that I believe thought was the real Jiraiya (lol), and even got felt up by another Jiraiya while I was cosplaying as Jiraiya! XD This year I cosplayed as China (Yao Wang) from Hetalia and Mine from Fruits Basket. It was great being them. Not the most exciting characters to cosplay as but God was it so much fun to hang out with all the Hetalia fans. I finally learned how to play ninja and that was so great. It's my new favorite game <333 Can't wait for July to come around again! This year I went as Prussia (Gilbert Beilschmidt) and Austria (Roderich Edelstein) from Hetalia and it was absolutely the best! I wish it could have lasted longer! D:
