I suggest finding a new church that does not manipulate it's members. There are plenty of good Churches out there, you just have to search them out. Sadly, as in all religions, there are those who twist doctrine and use it for personal gain and evil desires. If you earnestly trust in God, I'm sure he'll lead you to the right church body. : )
