Well, I don't visit Gaia much these days. Right now I'm attending the Academy of Art for an Masters Degree in Conceptual Illustration.

So, I'm actually a professional artist. Well, more like soon-to-be professional , but either right after I graduate with my Master's Degree (3 more years of school, aack!), or before if I should happen to get an internship, I'll be working in the concept art industry. I would like to do book and magazine covers, too, as well as freelancing some illustrations. You can see some of my art in the [Arena]

I've been toying with the idea of putting up an Art Shop here in Gaia, but we'll see.

I'm quite happy with the direction of my life right now, and if that's any lesson for you younger audiences, stay in school! It's super awesome and really helps you realize your full potential, but you have to put the work in and trust your professors. For those interested in art, the industry is tough and cruel, and to be a trained artist takes hours of intensive study and practice--long after other majors have gone home, art majors are in the lab, working endlessly to meet deadlines! Start now, by laying off the anime and drawing things from real life. Trust me, if you're serious, it will make all the difference.
