Arimle Vardo is best known for saying she's 'complicated' when asked what she is. And in truth, that is very true.
The Vardo family goes back thosends of years, and is one of the oldest bloodlines of both mixed and pure breeds. However, please keep in mind...the Vardo name first arose around 1872, the true name to the few living 'old breeds' is a secret perhaps never to be heard by mortal ears.
Arimle is a member of the 'Vardo' family, and a pure blood in every sense of the word. She has half sisters, step sisters, forgotton brothers, and new siblings added to the Vardo line almost daily. Only if one can trace their line back to a pureblood would Arimle even consider them family, and even then the word 'family' is a broken word to her.
Arimle's mother was the demon queen to one of the purest of demonic males. At the early stages of her birth however her father was defeated by another demon lord of pure nature, and her mother left her daughter to the world of darkness.
It's known that Arimle's mother had many lovers through out time, and had many offspring from various full bloods and half breeds (never human). After reuniting with a half sister named Eva, Arimle finally found her mother. And on a December night before New Years Arimle murdered her mother, completing what was told of her in the old days by one of the eldest of demonic beings, now no more.
Everything about the Vardo family is a fake. From the last name, to the family members themselves. They call themselves a family, but its only for personal gain that the broken members of this family ever meet. Even Arimle's first name is a fake, something she picked up from the mortals.
Where many things are not known about the Vardo's, or Arimle for that matter, one thing is known.
Arimle is a creature of old, living by old codes and laws and feeding off other demons (she finds mortals pretty much gross). Her blood she will not allow just anyone to drink, for her purple pure blood is like a good vodka, always leaving the drinker thirsty for more.
Only a few know her from the old days, and even now its hard to get close to someone whom her entire life had been pushed aside, adbandoned, and that has the nature of a demon.
Arimle fears only one person, the one said of old to bring about her destruction or salvation. And she has yet to meet this person...
Family facts that are known:
Kristen Vardo and Elmer Vardo are adopted children to Arimle, daughter and son. Both show extreme promise, and neither are fully human or anything else. Half breeds, and yet she adopted them. Personal gain? Or is it something else.....This is the Vardo family.
