No, Justten did it for me a long time ago. It's really a doll base that you can get free from websites (looks like a virtual artist's manniquin when nekkid) and from there he used a paint program on his computer to add facial features, etc. She has a mertail too, but it got cut off on here.

It's easy... You just click on the thing in the upper right corner that says "Edit my profile layout" and then you click "avatar", type in his name, drag him over, then click "pictures" then "emotes" and pick the heart.

I wasn't stating that she COULDN'T get it done, many places would do it, but by APP Standards, the only really legit piercing certification, they will NOT pierce someone under 16. Many won't even do under 18. For maturity and research reasons. Many younger people do not fully understand how a piercing will affect their lives. I'm not saying that it can't be taken out or anything, but I don't believe you should take something that could be possibly extremely damaging on your body so lightly.
