About
Hello gaians. Welcome to my profile. Alittle about me, I'm Christian. I believe that Jesus is the son of God, born of a virgin and part of the triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). I'm officially Baptist, if it matters, but have attended a Holiness Pentecostal Church in the past. If you want to pm me about God an Christianity please do, I like talking about Him.
I also like graphic design,, art and art history. I like to draw, mainly traditional media, like graphite, color pencil, ink, charcoal, and conte crayon. I also like digital art, but I'm not quit as good with it. My favorite things to draw are people and architecture. Some of my favorite styles of art are Renaissance, Baroque, Realism (bonus cool points if you know what I mean), and impressionism. I also enjoy architecture and some of the most interesting are Gothic and Gothic revival, Art Nouveau, and post modern.
I like cute pretty things like cameo jewelry. I like most old-timey vintage eras of clothing, which I produce via sewing. My favorite kinds of fashions are Victorian, 1940s, 50s, 60s and selectively eighties. Leg warmers FTW!! And I like fingernail polish and usuallly wear, chocolate plum, black, or navy. I analyze things so my supposedly short posts have a habit of tale-spinning into TL;DR's.
It is well known to those in my life that I am an avid meat eater. I like the typical American fare. Here is a list of meats I like that are not so typical, to the average suburban American:
- lamb
- bear
- alligator
- frog legs
- goat
- deer
- ostrich eggs
- turtle, although I don't care for it.
I also enjoy a good cup of tea or coffee. I enjoy all kinds of tea. I'm not very snobbish about coffee though, I regular cup of ground Folgers is fine, but as a treat Dunkin' Donuts, Seattle's Best, and Starbucks are good too.
I love conversations about the following: God, Christianity, hair, learning languages (especially Spanish and German), knitting/sewing/crochet/tatting, art and art history (especially Gothic-Baroque)
