I've never left. I've always been there lurking in case someone needed me. No one needs me there anymore. When things were messed up in the past people handled you in their own way. When you wised up on how to make your guild stay afloat and not sink you didn't need me anymore. I did say that I would be there for you, and that never changed. Though you couldn't contact me, I didn't leave my place watching over your guild. three and a half years has been quite a long time learning how to be successful hasn't it? Haven't you learned yet? You don't need crew members or vice captains if you follow the rules. They're there to enforce your decisions. Whenever a guild captain makes changes to the guild, the members need to know. They have to be in the know when things pertaining to them change. Whether someone stays or quits, that's less important to if they've really left. And I, have not yet left. Take hold of your problems. Don't ask people to fix it, be assertive and solve the problem yourself. If you're guild is dying, make changes. a new subforum isn't the answer. The answer is to look at the announcements and stickies. remove information that isn't important anymore, then go out into the big ocean of the general forums, and find new people.
Maybe get rid of the shrine subforum too, it sort of convey's a sense of superiority in crew and captains to members. Which is a deterrant. I don't despise you. But you needed time to wise up a bit in keeping your guild in check. You're better, but the journey isn't over. If a guild is losing activity, it's time to reassess what parts of the guild need to stay and what parts need to go. And breathe new life into the guild with more members.

Yes, it has been a quite awhile. Why would I consider returning to a guild that Ive left because of a failed captains ego and desire for a self-imposed ideal of normalcy? Fixing problems doesn't fix mistakes, it just paves over them. That doesn't make them go away. As for what Tree has told you, that's something that you're going to have to figure out on your own. I think that I've tried to do enough in the past only to see you muck it up. I don't feel that you need more free handouts from me. You're a big boy, you can figure it out yourself.
You're going to talk to me about being friends? That's rather funny, seeing as how you made me crew, and I worked hard. and you destroyed my efforts in making your guild successful. You pushed me away, not the other way around.
