Yeah, I need practice. My social skills are rusty from being sick. I spent all my time inside. Lol

Ugh, I need to be less passive. I used to be a real hard a**, but I've become too nice for my own good now. Lol

It will effect you a Lot. I highly recommend pretending you are Canadian abroad. Just have a maple leaf emblem showing, and you will experience so much hospitality. Good thing about being a peace keeper country, most countries love us. Lol. Still, I wish Canadians stood up for ourselves more. We let too much slide sometimes. Me included.

Ha ha! Yeah, it sucks, but someone has to be the bad guy. Americans take that position really often in world media. Living so close to the states and watching American tv often, Canadian's get a different look at the states, than most countries. So Canada seems to be more accepting of Americans. I feel bad for Americans traveling in Europe. There have been so many times people have been rude, bc they think I'm American, but once they find out I'm Canadian Everything changes.

LOL! Yeah, we are notoriously nice/apologetic. One of the few stereotypes that is true. Watching American tv is funny sometimes, cause there is always a knock at Canada. We are so congenial though, we laugh with everyone else. blaugh South Park is bad for slamming Canada. Sometimes it's So funny. Not everyone is nice though, like any country, we have those who break from the norm. American's can be so generous too! I feel bad, cause Americans get a bad rep. I personally love Americans though. They've Always been super nice to me. Guess when you go in with preconceptions, you miss out. 3nodding

Nope, we celebrate it in October, this weekend in fact. Yes I'm in Canada. Not sure why we don't celebrate it in November, but I still love Thanksgiving. When I have American friends, I sometimes get Thanksgiving Twice. Which is awesome. Lol. Thanksgiving isn't as big here, as it is in the states. Still big, but we don't have something like the super bowl going on at the same time. Funny how our countries are right next to each other, but we still have differences. blaugh

I just want to be able to go to Thanksgiving this weekend, so that's why I'm going for antibiotics tomorrow. My neice is only 1y old, so I don't want to be passing it on to her. Lol. At least this way I might get out of cooking this year. blaugh
