Well, I will tell you that any PA I've done personally the clients were a little relieved after it was done by the fact that it didn't hurt anywhere as bad as they thought it would. One thing to keep in mind is that all piercings hurt in some way or another, so getting a PA will be a little more intense than the others due to the fact that it's a very sensitive area. So in summation, it's going to hurt, but not nearly as much as a septum piercing.

However, I will say just wait until your first piss. You'll either love it or hate it, depending on how well you like sex. Of course, it's not always the same for everyone. Sorry if I didn't help any... I maintain honesty.
