Her introduction of Mika-chan was brilliant... I wonder how many angels (who don't know him, obviously) actually think that he's tall and blond.
Do you remember where Katan winked at Rosiel? (I couldn't find it, but I'm really intrigued about the context.) I'm not sure if I had the courage to risk my life for freedom, but it depends on your rank as an angel, I think... Most high-ranking males probably wouldn't (Zaphikel is clearly an exception).
I did read the very beginning of it, but not enough to talk about it in much detail - I'm happy that she's working on something new, though. Godchild is definitely worth reading to the very end... But if I had to pick out her masterpiece, you'd already know my answer.
I didn't know many individual angels before I read Angel Sanctuary, so my ideas of those were definitely influenced by it... And I will never look at St Michael in quite the same way again. XD
I can imagine that Katan might have done some flirting back when he was younger, though surely he wasn't aware of it, and Rosiel must have loved that sincerity. Even though those liberal angels' efforts often came to nothing, it's clear that they weren't alone - the Anima Mundi seemed to be victorious from time to time.
I'm really curious about her future works... I love all of her manga, but I think that Angel Sanctuary will always remain my favorite - it's an epic.
