For those who want to know: I use a female avatar and female character even though I am a guy because it is a challenge. It is not easy to try and play and act as someone who is the opposite of your gender since you have no experience being that gender. It is more fun this way because I try to do it well enough that they cannot believe it is really a guy behind the character.
