*I don't know the actual translation of sukoshidake, but from the context of the sentence I'm assuming he means something like he understands a bit of English.

Lucky. My sister didn't even stop by until Saturday morning, which I couldn't really hug her because I was painting then. D: At least I got to see her purple hair. It's so awesome.

I have a job now so I can't hang out, sorry. I work on all the weekdays from eight to five, except today and Thursday (because of grad practice and the Cedar Point trip).

Hahaha. Knowing my mom, you're probably right. She totally would, but I'm sure any mother would. I guess I'll just keep trying to draw something. Something will show up. I usually do okay when I stop trying to think of something to draw and just start drawing. <.<

I don't like buying gifts for people, really, especially for family members. Hand-made gifts are much more meaningful than anything bought with money. Hahaha. I could draw her a Winnie the Pooh picture, huh. xD

I dunno. I've become obsessed with Jim Hawkins from Treasure Planet. I want to draw him. D: I wonder if my mom would mind a character from a steam punk movie like that, lol. I could put flowers or something in his hand.
