We have a new post. I'm thinking have Tatsuya post first gathering the scales and gives them to Shishi, since Shishi is already on Kara. then either Tatsuya gets on Kara (and leaps off Kara once they get near the house to intercept Chrono, next round) or Tatsuya goes to his fastest form and races back ahead of them to intercept Chrono, on foot.
Then I post, and then Kiyoshi can post after that, since he will definitely react to Kara lurching into the air to get above the trees. (and Touya posts whenever, of course)
Your call on what Tatsuya does though. He may be swifter on the ground than Kara in the air, since she has a two bodies on her slowing her down, and she needs to be cautious approaching the house so Rinku doest notice that she has passengers.
But on the other hand she could land in the back, and since Rinku is used to seeing her dragon form, he may not notice the passengers. and Tatsuya could intercept Chrono easily
I can see both happening, and I have little preference. But three people on Kara's back may be a bit difficult for her
