2. Creative Writing- This class is for those who enjoy making up stories or would like to give it a try.  Here's the chance to give your imagination a work out.  This is not a grammar or spelling class , we will simply be writing and telling creative stories. Materials needed for this class:  pen/pencil and a notebook. Teacher-Kara Groat

Many of our government leaders' Christian quotes and views will be included. Teacher-Katherine Martin

Students will perform skits and use music to make the puppets come alive. “Puppets” will be performing at our closing program. Teacher-Angela Brown

9. Art- Classes will begin with a study of contemporary artist Romero Britto. For teaching new students, his work is found to be very fun and simple enough to provide a basis for teaching painting fundamentals, such as brush manipulation, color mixing, blocking-in, and composition. He has very “beginner-friendly” art in a "Pop" style as well as a fantastic website of his work (www.britto.com). Plus, students can each do their own original design based off of one of his works, which makes for a very colorful showing at the end of the course. Each student will receive their own canvas and acrylic paints. Fee for this class will be $56.00 Teacher-Allison Milliron

Allison Farrar Milliron began her study of art at the age of 10 under the direction of her grandmother & wildlife artist, Doris Baxter Farrar. Her high school years at the Alabama School of Fine Arts prepared her for study at Auburn University, where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1993. In 1997 she began graduate work at Asbury Theological Seminary, and graduated with a Master of Divinity in May of 2000.
Allison is the wife of Rev. Josh Milliron and the mother of two children, Shellie,10, and William,8. She is the part-time Family Mi
