About

"Time....Time is a wonderful thing is it not? The ebbs and flows of the temporal fabric permeate our very rational thought, tearing at our minds, making us mortal....How I miss those days, when the sun on my face still had a warming touch." Looking to the left of you, you see the origin of those words, his pale skin gleaming in the light of the moon. He turns his gaze to you, his eyes heavily lidded, as if he was tired. His next words trail out softly, like a midnight fog. "Oh, i am sorry if i have startled you, allow me to introduce myself to you." He extends a hand, pale white into the mote black of his worn suit. "I am Mosquito of Arachnephobia, the ageless right hand of my mistress, Arachne."

Mabaa-sama

Deep in the ruins of Arachophobia, a shimmer in space - a slight distortion - was the only warning of a coming deity who so rarely ventured out from the isolation of her castle. The rift grew, becoming a rippling pool that was best known as a wormhole. From out of this purposely-created cosmic glitch, a petite form, no more than five feet tall, pulled out dressed in a long black robe and a white witch hat. She hovered midair amongst what was left of the castle as her magic closed its passage behind her - her black cape that was wrapped around her seeming jagged and shifted of its own accord as she glanced around her with one blazing red eye. Her other eye was covered with a white bandage that had '1/2' scrawled across it.

It had been a month since Arachnophobia's defeat. Since then, the Grandmother Witch had her eye on exploring the inner-workings of the colony in hopes of maybe finding something that the Spider Witch, Arachne, had left behind that could still be of use. Though a radical, the Mother Witch had done great amounts of research and experiments into various areas of interest. One of which, Mabaa knew, was Asura. It also so happened to be a subject that the Grandmother Witch herself needed more infomation on.

However, with keeping an eye on the ruins to find out ahead of time how much company it was getting, she had discovered an interesting thing...

Arachne's pet Demon was still alive.

Jordon's eyes moved downward when his old companion's hands reached up, his cool flesh meeting that chilled temperture of his own cheeks. It was surprising that Jordon wasn't sick all the time from the ice that resided within his soul. Looking back up, his insanity striken eyes met Mosquitos and held a gaze for quite some time as he listened to the older being speak. When at last he finished, Albarn took his time to reply, a slight smirk ever-present on his lips but an absent look to his eyes. "I simply grew up, Mosquito-san. I'm sorry I'm not as small and adorable as I was so long ago.. I was hoping that perhaps you'd still find me adorable even today~! Haa~!" The young man couldn't help but let out a small chuckle following his own statement. For now he tried to seem naive, clueless, to the man's question. How different exactly did he appear to Mosquito? And how much did the man assume? He wasn't entirely sure, therefore was not about to disclose any amount of information unless specifically asked. His smile widened.

The young adult offered a small, slightly amused, smirk when his old care-taker/butler/protector [he really wasn't sure quite how to address the man seeing as he had done so much for him] caught himself before referring to him as 'kun' and being called 'sama' instead. He had to admit, being referred as such was quite nice, making Jordon feel significantly more important than usual. "Life as been rather.... choatic, Mosquito-San.... Just as it should be." The corners of his lips turned up even further, his once bright blue eyes seeming much darker than what the man might remember. "But enough about me, how have you been fairing?"
