Hello, Gaians! My name is AF-tan! I do my best to keep Gaia informed whenever something new and interesting happens. My two best friends are Rina and TF-kun.
A lot of people seem to think Rina and I are sisters, because we look a lot alike and we both help with announcing the news. So, I figure I should try to set the record straight. Rina and I aren't really related at all. We do each have siblings, though; Rina has an older brother named Leon and I have an older sister named XD-tan. We also go to the same school, though I'm two years older than Rina.
I was born and grew up in Barton Town, though I barely remember it because I was really young. I don't know anything about my parents, really. I was raised by my older sister, XD-tan, and she never talked about them. When I was about eight, we moved to live in an apartment in Durem with XD-tan's boyfriend, TF-kun. About a year ago, my sister left to pursue a career in art far away, and left me and TF-kun alone. He decided that I'd be better off living in Barton Town, so we moved here. I really miss my sister sometimes, but TF-kun is just like a big brother.
My biggest hobby is reporting the news! When I grow up, I hope to be a famous reporter like Cindy Donovinh (she's soooo cool!!
). Since I moved back to Barton Town, I sometimes help out at the Gaia Action 9 News Station. I get everyone their coffee, and organize files for them... and sometimes they let me run my own stories, which always is a lot of fun. I also work as an editor for the Barton Gazette (our school paper), and sometimes they even print my stories in the Gaia Times (under someone else's name, of course)! I sometimes wish that I could get more credit for my work, but it's really worth it just knowing that I'm helping to keep people aware of what's going on in Gaia. I think my friends sometimes get frustrated with me because I'm always talking about things they aren't interested in, like sponsorship deals and local anime conventions... but I know that deep down, they appreciate the work I'm doing.
Um... I guess that's all there is to tell.
But if anything new happens, I promise I'll report it. You can check my journal if you want, that's where I write down all the most recent news.
