Someone just sent me a PM asking for my password! They say they're an admin, and I'm going to be banned! or
I just got a pop-up saying I've been logged out, and it needs my password!
Well, they're not. Gaia staff will never, ever ask for your password, period. Report the PM/Comment/Post/Thread immediately, as some naughty user is trying to get into your account.
My trading pass was disabled, why?
This just means that your account is under investigation for one reason or another. There's no time frame for it being re-enabled, but you will be notified when the case is closed, so try to just sit tight for the time being.
I just finished a transaction on the marketplace, but my item/gold hasn't been granted yet!
Give it around 24 hours to grant. The marketplace lags sometimes, so in most cases, your items/gold should arrive soon. If you've given it more than enough time (read: a day or two) to come, and it still hasn't, then you are free to file a General Account Inquiry ticket via the Contact Us link that can be found at the bottom of every page. (:

This coding's messed up/There's a glitch here, fix it/etc.
Mods only maintain order on the site by enforcing the rules. We have nothing to do with the way the site, games, events, etc function, nor do we have the power to fix or change any such glitches. Check out the
Bug Report & Technical Support forum for issues and possible fixes--but remember that it is a user-run forum and not a ping to devs to help you.
Is this a violation? Should I report this?
If you feel something is a violation of the Terms of Service, you are always free to report it. Contrary to popular belief, you will not get in trouble for filing a report on something that ended up not being a violation (with exceptions; for example, if you're reporting non-violations in order to get someone warned/banned). In addition, reporting someone does not automatically mean they're going to get in trouble.
