A Method to the Madness.
I have been told that I have misspelled my user name so many times that I now feel the need to correct that misconception.
"A madness most discreet" is a line from Romeo and Juliet. The spelling in my user name is the same as in Shakespeare's play. If you must take issue with this I suggest you take it up with him.
"Love is a smoke made with the fume of sighs,
Being purged, a fire sparkling in lover's eyes
Being vexed, a sea nourished with lover's tears.
What is it else? A madness most discreet,
A choking gall and a preserving sweet."
