Thanks, been trying my best not to beat myself up over it. But it has been rough. Been kind of bad to my own body though and my body is not very happy. in a state of limbo with my feelings and such, so just trying to go day by day at least.

Well had to break it off with my gf.
She was cheating on me again, and well it was a force of my hand.
Add that to the holiday hussle and bussle.
Yeah my merry Christmas was not so merry.

I locked myself from the outside world by locking myself in my room all day.

Barely kinda getting over things, stopped blaming myself, etc...

But i still have my depression/downer moments.
