Well, Fully Dressed Cat, I don't remember seeing anything about an achievement for it.

Yeah, plus it doesn't seem to really be an event. Not like usual, with the ones where you sent gifts or gave people hugs and got items from it or whatever. And yeah, the only problem with those "collect all the items" achievements is that if you can't be on one of the days, you're out of luck.

The hat and dress together reminds me of some actual fashion statement though I'm not sure where I would have seen it...
