Especially out here, in rural hell - in the city, they'd b***h at you when they have a problem. Out here, they'll act like nothing's wrong, then b***h to your manager the next day, and your manager will just say the complaint was "anonymous", so you never know what you did wrong. :/

Heh - I tend to go into retail work, as much as I hate it. I'd much rather go into the backend again and do warehouse work, as then you don't have to deal with customers and the pay is usually better. 3nodding
