Hey, random gaian. My name's Manda, and I'm 15.
I love music. Really any kind, but especially rock and country.
I love to sit with a groups of friends, with one or two people playing
acoustic guitars, and we all sing to songs we all know and love, like
Swing Life Away by Rise Against. I like Taylor Swift, a lot. I also like Bullet
for my Valentine. . John Williams. [Who happens to be the
composer for the Harry Potter music.] I love Harry Potter, too. My autoformat is
from the Marauder's Map. Sirius Black is my favorite Marauder. I've read all the
books and seen all the movies, multiple times. I'm cool with Twilight. I've read
them all a few times. I disliked the movie itself, but it was a thrill sitting there with my friend reciting all the words as the actors spoke.
I'll read anything. I love to read. The teen section of the library has some
great books. Like things by Walter Sorrels and Darren Shan and Margaret
Haddix. I like the Sci Fi section, too. My favorite book there is Ender's Game
by Orson Scott Card. I've been meaning to read Battlefield Earth, but I don't
have the time to read anymore. -insert sad teary face here-. But...i'll read
anything. Sci Fi, history, young adult, fiction, action...hell. Hand me a coloring
book, I'll entertain you by trying to read it, no joke.
I love people. Friends are basically THE most important thing to me. I love
talking to people, and there's some people that are just, AMAZING, to me.
So...I'm a freshman in high school. But I'll be going into college full-time
next year. So I'll be freshman and sophomore at the same time Hmm. I love meeting new people and making friends, and also long
conversations with people over PM, whether I know you or not.
Things I like to talk about:
Languages, Pokemon, Music, Food, Books, School; A huge amount of
totally random things...For example: Balloons, Pictures, Sharpies,
Math, Shoes, Dogs, Skating, Movies, etc etc.
Also, I love debating. So if you catch me with a subject I know anything about,
I'll totally go all lawyer-biznitch on you.
