              You can call me Cat. I’ve been called other things, but I’ll give you kudos if you think of something catchy I like ♥

              I am an artist and graphic designer, not forgetting to mention that I’ve put these skills to use making this profile. No, it’s not perfect, but yes, I enjoy it.

              I’m kind of a perfectionist and feel a lot of satisfaction when I accomplish my goals as I envision. If I am working for another person, I am not satisfied if they are not satisfied. I often will ask them many questions to make sure I know how to give them what they want.

              I am on Gaiaonline for the art community, namely the Profile Discussion community of graphic/web-designers. I have met some very talented people and been led to many awesome resources. I don’t know if I could ever quit Gaia, just because of the art community. It has only gotten better, and I don’t think it can lose its value.

              My first account on Gaia was made in mid '06, for those curious. It was not this account.

              I love kitties and lollipops and being happy.
              I also like to be serious, love the ocean, and ponder deep things, like eternity.

              I love driving past a line of sprinklers when the sun is behind me, shining through the water as a wave of rainbows.

              I love country hills and empty beaches, green landscapes, and refreshing rain.
              I want to be creative and to inspire other people to be creative.

              I love Jesus Christ ♥

              I also love people.

              I don’t hate others if they don’t think the same way as I do.

              P.S., The username "Catiris" came from the combination of two words or name, Cat & Iris. You can think of it as the colored part of a cat's eyes, two of my original characters, or a feline and a flower.

Scored 61 on my Microeconomics test. :3 Good thing too, since that was the class I actually really needed.

...and here's that *shudders* other request:

I'm almost embarrassed to you ask you about this, seeing as your abilities could be put to much better use, but... I play the online RPG-ish thing, Kingdom of Loathing. In the game you can get an item called the "custom avatar form" with which you can create your own avatar. So... I was thinking of getting a custom avatar for The Chort. (on KoL) Below are the guidelines and a list of current custom avatars. (60x100 pixels)

The list should give you an idea of the stick-figure "art style" on KoL. I think DataVortex, natSa, Macbeth417, RedSix, Deathless Assassin, NCSorcerer, STARbeast, and many more show creative ways you can make something cool within the serious artistic restraints. >.< ( Long list, use the "Find" tool. O_o; )

Do you do animation? Anyway, I guess I'd just like to hear your thoughts on the potential project, as it might not be your cup of tea.

If it's something you'd like doing, I suppose it would be slightly modeled after The Chort on Gaia. I'm not very good at giving prompts. xP You could just send a few quick doodles. Hrmm...

Normally, I would have given you a larger amount, but since you actually created it for another contest I didn't think it would be fair to the other contestants.
