Status: 12/6/09 - IMAX 3D is godly. Just went to see a Christmas Carol in IMAX and it was awesome. And I got two new books. >> Kinda spent a lot. But they look awesome, so I'm excited.

11/17/09- This day just keeps getting better and better. x-x First, I go to school, which is a bit of a annoying bit in and of itself. Then as I leave, my mom calls me to tell me my dad's in the hospital. I'm naturally in tears, and the guy who claimed to be a friend and wanted to be more, didn't even question it. But luckily my girl friends were there with me and held me for a bit till my mom got me. When we went to the hospital my dad doesn't look good at all. At least he was talking.
Oh, and joy of my life, the only good thing I was waiting for all day, I'd been hoping to start a new roleplay with someone today. I log on, and there's no explanation, we haven't even started the roleplay yet, but backs out.
I mean, wtf.

Background: I joined gaia two and a half years ago. I'd heard about it from some friends I barely see anymore, and I thought it would be something interesting, and I might be able to get back in contact with them. I instantly took to roleplaying, something I've been doing years, even, before I ever joined gaia. I can't remember when I started roleplaying, but I do know that it has been more than eight years that I've roleplayed in the traditional format, ie you post in novel format back and forth.
----I was on Neopets when I first started roleplaying. I- uh, lied a bit about my age, and now I can't remember what I put, so I can't log into my uber old account. But I don't think that bothers me much, Neopets kinda turned for the worst. Now I'm for gaia 100%.
----Since joining gaia, I've gone through a lot, and met a lot of people. In general, people are very nice on this site. Whenever you pose a question in the help forums, they instantly try to help. There are some haters out there, but that is the same with all the world. You can't have the good without the bad. Still, I've never been on a better site for socializing and talking with one another.
----There are a lot of illiterate roleplayers, I have noticed. But at the same time, there are a lot of people who know how to type and write well. Through roleplaying with them, I've learned a lot about writing, and I've been able to improve my own skills.
----I've become very tight with a group of friends in the Abyss Ninja Clan, and recently that's where you'll find me roleplaying the most. Feel free to peek in and see what it's about. Also, feel free to contact me with any other roleplays you think I might be interested in, or need members for.
----I've also found some close friends on gaia. Regran, Hail, Kale, Frozen, Zenna, Frost, and Kenshin are just a few that I can name off. I hold on to and cheris the bonds I've made on this sight. I not only have my friends in real life that I can rely on, but my friends on gaia as well. And though we may not see one another in person, their words mean more to me than anyone.
